Some claim current regulations are not being met, nor do they feel the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has enough authority to proceed with the pollution at hand. On the other end of the spectrum, proponents in the debate believe the EPA have far too much authority, and that there are ââ¬Å"too many regulationsâ⬠handed out by the federal government (Facts on File, 1). However besides the obvious fact that they were both Jews, and the common stereo-types that were attributed to both of them such as being mean and conniving, there are goggling differences in the kineticss of the characters themselves. # 8220 ; There are profound differences in Barabas and Shylock. The function assigned to by Shakespeare to his Christian characters is far more extended, his Jew on the other manus has been scaled down and domesticated. Shylock has none of the insatiate aspiration that makes Barabas for all his grotesque Acts of the Apostless, a character along the lines of the great Faustus and Tambourlaine. # 8221 ; ( Shylock,21 ) There is a much greater rotundity in Barabas so Shylock. Marlowe portrays Barabas the Jew in a dynamic and slightly curios mode. It is hard to surmise Marlowe # 8217 ; s purpose when portraying the Jew, yet it is certain that there is more than what seems locally evident. It is really clear that he is an foreigner, non merely in the obvious facet that he is a Jew in the less than theologically tolerant and politically right Elizabethan play, but he is besides an foreigner in footings of immorality and his manner of idea. He is evidently a scoundrel, lying cheating, poisoning a full nunnery, even killing those we thought were close to him, including his girl, yet through his Machiavellan quest for power and riches we somehow become about endeared to him and he becomes an anti-hero. All these facets combine to do Barabas a character that we are someway drawn to in the same manner people are drawn to gaze at a traffic accident. Through the class of modern history, the Judaic people have ever been cultural foreigners, as a merchandise of this foreigner position at that place has ever been a slightly wearied representation of them by creative persons who were raised and educated in anti-semitic environment. Though we can fault the manner Marlowe presents his supporter on the false beliefs of the clip, it is non because he does non cognize any better, but because Marlowe chooses to satire other common representations of the clip. Barabas is still presented with the same types of stereo-types as any other Elizabethan playwright portraying a Jew would, yet there is an extra bed of lampoon. Marlowe is someway mocking the manner his society presents the Jews. # 8220 ; Marlowe makes a imitation, a farcical lampoon of the popular Elizabethan stereo-types of the sly, nagging Jew. # 8221 ; Though it is clear that there are some classically # 8220 ; Jewish # 8221 ; features in Barabas. His frailties are non so much those that can be attributed to a Jew every bit much as those of a scoundrel. Yet somehow this villainousness allows us to about esteem an vitamin D glorify him. ââ¬Å"Barabasââ¬â¢ calling is one of unbroken opprobrium, he cheats, lies, robs betrays and toxicants an full nunnery. Yet within this utterly melodramatic lineation, Marlowe has created a compelling at times about sympathetic characterâ⬠( shylock20 ) His fraudulence and other perfidy, though usually would drive the reader, yet someway Barabas fascinates us. Despite all his incorrect making we about root for him to carry through his programs. As John Gross, writer of Shylock says ââ¬Å"No one could impeach Marlowe of painting a flattering portrayal of a Machiavellan Jew, and yet one grows a good trade fonder of him than any other character.â⬠( tydeman62 ) His place as an foreigner allows us to sympathise with his place and the craft with which he executes his evil makes him our hero. It would be foolish to presume that Barabas # 8217 ; distancing from others was non portion of his program to lead on and so victory over both the Christians and Turks. It so becomes evident that it was Marlowe # 8217 ; s purpose for the reader to parallel the actions of Barabas to the great philosopher and politic Machiavelli. Barabas # 8217 ; inhuman treatment no affair what the costs is a direct extension of the doctrine that Machiavelli preached. # 8220 ; It is the focal point on practical success by any agencies, even at the disbursal of traditional moral values that earned Machiavelli a repute for pitilessness, misrepresentation and cruelty. # 8221 ; ( Britanica ) It seems it is besides the focal point of Barabas on practical success, that success being the inspiration of both the Turks and the Christians in Malta, no affair what the cost, yet in the instance of Barabas, his success is motivated by his evil purposes, where Machiavelli # 8217 ; s immorality is motivated by his desire for success. # 8220 ; Machiavelli # 8217 ; s construct of proper application of morality to life is one that Judgess all participants in footings of the efficaciousness with which they achieve their ends. # 8221 ; Both Machiavelli and Barabas seem to merely care for the terminals and neither have concern for the agencies by which the terminals are realized, even if those terminals involve killing 1s ain girl. It is besides clear in the manner that Barabas keeps everyone at a distance, in the same manner that Machiavelli # 8217 ; s philosoophy prescribed. It was merely the auduence, through Marlowe # 8217 ; s extended usage of monologue that was of all time allowed near and knew the true ideas traveling through Barabas # 8217 ; caput. It is for this ground that he both became our hero in the drama and was besides a true foreigner. So it is distressingly clear that there are strong analogues between the supporter and the philosopher, the lone job Marlowe presented wa s that Barabas # 8217 ; terminals were non achieved, raising the inquiry, if Barabas means were non achieved and he failed in his pursuit to lead on and kill the Turks and Christians, so non merely were his actions non justifiable, but he a genuinely Machiavellan foreigner? The project schedule indicates that total float for activity D is 62 weeks. However there does not exist any float time for activity F. Critical Path for the project The critical path of a project depicts that particular sequence of activities which add up to form the longest project duration (Holzmann 2013). The network diagram of the project has been provided in figure 1: the path comprising of red arrowheads indicates the critical path of the project. Figure 1: The network diagram (Source: Designed in MS Project) B. Increase in the duration of activity F Assumption: The date of completion of the project cannot be postponed. Initially it was assumed that activity F would require 22 weeks to complete. The schedule based, on this assumption indicated that the project would be completed within 665 days. Figure 2: The Gantt chart (Source: Designed in MS Project) However, activity F was delayed by a total time period of 8 weeks, and the new schedule that was developed while considering this delay indicated that project would now require 705 days to complete. Figure 3: The Gantt chart of the project depicting the revised schedule (Source: Designed in MS Project) Such being the situation, in order to the complete the task without postponing the date of completion, the project manager would have to increase the number of resources allocated to the various activities of the project (Chia 2013). Increasing the number of resources associated with the project would help in completing the activities within mush shorter period of time: this, in turn, would result in the completion of the project within the pre-assigned timeline (Heldman 2013). Process types used in operations within the volume-variety continuum Operation processes can be classified along a volume-variety continuum, as depicted in the following figure: Figure 4: Process types used in operations within the volume-variety continuum (Source: Foropon and McLachlin 2013 ) Manufacturing processes like that of Repetitive, Assembly Line, or Mass- Production systems and continuous flow system are used for generation of products in volumes (Galindo and Batta 2013). Standard service systems are designed to achieve the same. On the other hand, Job-Shop Production Systems and project systems are utilized in the development of small products having a variety of characteristics (Gunasekaran and Ngai 2012). Customized services are provided to the clients with the very same objective. Process types used in operations The processes used in operations are of the following types: Projects: These processes result in the formation of a single output. As for example, all the processes associated with the construction of a building should be considered as a project (Krajewski, Ritzman and Malhotra 2013). Job shops: Operational processes that are associated with the production of small batches of a same or similar product are considered as batch shop processes. As for example, the process of baking cakes, as conducted in the bakery should be considered as a job shop. Batch shops: Batch shop processes are characterized by the production of small batches of similar products at specific intervals (Peng and Lai 2012). As for example, a bakery producing several types of cakes utilizes batch shop processes in its operation. One of the distinguishing characteristics of batch shop process is that all of the products that are produced through such processes experience the same process flow. Flow lines: Operational processes that require independent work stations capable of producing same or similar products are considered as flow line processes (Slack 2015). Assembly lines: These processes are used to develop discrete parts of a single product: the line itself transports the raw materials to the resources who are expected to complete their tasks before the line moves ahead (Slack, Brandon-Jones and Johnston 2013). Assembly lines are implemented in facilities that manufacture products of large size, like that of in automobile factories. Continuous flow processes: Operational processes that operate continuously without any break are considered as Continuous flow processes. Such processes are generally found in facilities that generate electricity, in chemical refineries and in refineries (Peng and Lai 2012). C. In my opinion, there are three key points you need to consider if you want to write persuasive essays and articles. The first thing you need to think about is what your main objective in writing the essay is. To determine this, you must identify the reader, the audience, and the idea they will take away from your essay. If your essay is not designed to do one of these things, then it is likely to be very disappointing to the reader. After you have determined the idea the reader will take away from your article, you can begin to write the essay. The writer, like the audience, must be first identified. This identifies your objective as a writer. The reader is left with a lot of unanswered questions when they read an essay that does not clearly state its autho r's objectives. The second thing you need to think about is the topic of your essay, particularly if it is a general topic or one that is closely related to a particular topic. In other words, if your article is on parenting, you should avoid writing on scientific theories of parenting. Again, this gives the reader an opportunity to learn something new.If you were to write on parenting, you would be well advised to also write on scientific findings about parenting. These studies can be informative, but they should be written in the third person because they are observations by the author. They are not opinion pieces. If you are attempting to convince others, and if you write with a certain amount of authority, then you should write in the third person because you are presenting a convincing argument. This will make your point stronger and more believable. It will also show the reader that you are not afraid to be controversial.A third important factor to consider is the article length . Most persuasive essays are no longer than two pages, especially if the subject is very personal. If you need to make a case for something, then the best way to do it is not through a persuasive essay, but through a discussion or a debate.By writing in the third person, using facts to support your argument, and acknowledging controversial topics, you can write a persuasive essay of any length. Make sure your essay is well-structured, and the tone is clearly identifiable. You can be successful in persuading people in just about any situation. However, some of them will find out in the end that it is really hard to choose topics that are related to their future career path. If you do not know much about electronics and the ins and outs of research papers, then this article will give you some tips on what to write on. The topics will help you understand the academic level of your students. The first tip for choosing research paper topics that are related to electronics engineering is to discuss the project which the student has been working on. You should make sure that the topic of the research paper does not include some details that were discussed during the project, as this could be a threat to the students' future career. Besides, you have to determine the future career of each student before starting to write the paper. The topics will help the students to learn and study for future projects. The second tip for choosing future research topics that are related to electronics engineering is to include interesting or relevant information. This will help the students learn more about a certain subject, while still making their current subjects interesting. The topic should be interesting enough to get the students to take a look at the paper. The topic should also be specific enough to understand the important information. The third tip is to allow the students to write down their own research paper topics. Although, the students should choose topics according to their interests, but they must still write down their own topics. After all, when they choose a topic based on their interest, they should still feel like they are the author of the paper. The topic should also be relevant to what they study, so it will be easier for them to write it.The fourth tip is to include the most important topics. It ranks as the number one television program for viewers under eighteen years of age. However, the ideals that The Simpsons conveys are not always wholesome, sometimes not even in good taste. It is inevitable that The Simpsons is affecting children. Matt Groening took up drawing to escape from his troubles in 1977. At the time, Groening was working for the L.A. Reader, a free weekly newspaper. He began working on Life in Hell, a humorous comic strip consisting of people with rabbit ears. The L.A. Reader picked up a copy of his comic strip and liked what they saw. Life in Hell gradually became a common comic strip in many free weeklies and college newspapers across the country. It even developed a cult status. (Varhola, 1) Life in Hell drew the attention of James L. Brooks, producer of works such as Taxi, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, and Terms of Endearment. Brooks originally wanted Groening to make an animated pilot of Life in Hell. Groening chose not to do so in fear of loosing royalties from papers that printed the strip. Groening presented Brooks with an overweight, balding father, a mother with a blue beehive hairdo, and three obnoxious spiky haired children. Groening intended for them to represent the typical American family "who love each other and drive each other crazy". Groening named the characters after his own family. His parents were named Homer and Margaret and he had two younger sisters named Lisa and Maggie. Bart was an anagram for "brat". Groening chose the last name "Simpson" to sound like the typical American family name. (Varhola, 2) Brooks decided to put the 30 or 60 second animations on between skits on The Tracy Ullman Show on the unsuccessful Fox network. Cast members Dan Castellaneta and Julie Kavner did the voices of Homer and Marge. Yeardley Smith (later to star in Herman's Head) did the voice of Lisa. Nancy Cartwright did the voice of Bart. Cartwright previously supplied the voices for many cartoons, including Galaxy High, Fantastic Max, Richie Rich, Snorks, Pound Puppies, My Little Pony, and Glo-Friends. Tracy Ullman later added Cartwright to her cast. (Dale and Trich, 11) Brooks, Groening, and Sam Simon, Tracy Ullman's producer, wanted to turn the Simpson family into their own show. The Fox network was looking for material to appeal to younger viewers. The only show they had that drew a young audience was Married With Children. To Fox's pleasure, The Simpsons saved the network from near failure. (Varhola, 3) On December 17, 1989, The Simpsons got their break. The Christmas special, "Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire" aired. (Dale and Trich, 19) In the episode, Bart got a tattoo, much to Marge's dislike. She quickly spent all of the family's Christmas money to remove Bart's tattoo with a laser. At the same time, Homer, still on his morning cof fee break at 4:00 in the afternoon, learns that he will not receive a Christmas bonus. When he learns that Marge is relying on the money for Christmas, he decides that he will do the Christmas shopping for the year. He quickly buys Marge panty hose, Bart paper, Lisa crayons, and Maggie a dog toy. When he realizes that he is not doing very well, he gets a second job as a mall Santa for the extra money. On the way home from work, he steals a Christmas tree. The next day at the mall, Bart sits on his Dad's lap and pulls down his beard. Homer responds by choking Bart and making him help make Christmas better. On Christmas Eve, Homer receives his check, $13.70 for over 40 hours work. Homer takes Bart to the dog track as a final chance for Christmas money. They discovered a gem in the third race, Santa's Little Helper. How could this dog loose on Christmas Eve? The odds were 99 to 1, they were going to be rich. Homer put all of his money on Santa's Little Helper, and to his horror, he nev er even finished. The topics are written with attention to the cognitive, social, emotional, and linguistic skills of the children. The topics are based on the knowledge and concerns of the parents of the children concerned. The topics are discussed with the guidance of teachers, educators, and other mental health professionals. Many of the research paper topics are based on the recommendations of research workers and are aimed at improving cognitive, social, emotional, and linguistic skills of the children concerned. The research paper topics are designed to help the children in different aspects of their lives. They help them learn more about their environment and their families. Most of the research papers in the form of papers are written by researching teachers, social workers, researchers, psychologists, and administrators. It is difficult for parents to hir e the help of a research school because most of the research works are done by preadolescent stage of the children concerned. At this stage of the child's life they cannot take any decision for themselves, but they are provided with the needed information and the required tools.Research work done by teachers and other mental health workers helps the children to develop their own unique way of thinking and expressing themselves. Preadolescent research paper topics are also useful for the parents, who need to know about the problems and concerns of their children. Many teachers help the parents to discover what their children can do for them.Research work is not done exclusively for the purpose of evaluating educational process. The research conducted at the preadolescent stage is usually done for self-improvement, scientific experimentation, and commercial research. Preadolescent research papers also help to identify specific developmental processes. Preadolescent research paper topi cs also help to enhance social skills of the children. There are many research papers that are concerned with the cognitive and social aspects of children. The study has focused on using the qualitative method of data analysis. In this case, different sources have been analyzed, and conclusions reached basing on the data reviewed. The literature reviewed has demonstrated various challenges facing the Bluetooth in the telecommunication industry. The hurdles of scatter net and security threats are alarming, and they ought to be addressed to enhance the safety of Bluetooth. Introduction The term Bluetooth has a Scandinavian o rigin. It is based on the Danish story of King Herald I uniting the tribes to form a kingdom. The link between the Heraldââ¬â¢s story and the creation of Bluetooth is that it would achieve the same goal of uniting all the communication protocols. The main aim of Bluetooth in technology is connecting communication protocols to a universally approved standard. The use of Bluetooth in connecting has been widely used today, and tremendous acknowledge of its benefits have been witnessed. The focus on networking and connectivity has made blue tooth more relevant than it was before. The initial ideology behind the development of Bluetooth was geared towards replacing cables in information transmission (Dodd, 2001). Bluetooth is defined as a wireless technological device with the capacity of transmitting data over short distances. It was created by Ericsson in 1994. The creation of the reliable Personal Area Network was greatly fostered by the use of Bluetooth.Advertising Looking for report on engineering? Let's see if we can help you! This device must achieve the universal standards set by Bluetooth Special Interest Group that oversees the marketing of Bluetooth. This ensures conformity with the patents and copyright specifications. In the same manner with other intellectual property regulations, Bluetooth ensures that 16,000 member companies are protected against any form of trademark or patents infringement (Anttalainen, 2003). Research Method This research is mainly qualitative in nature. Therefore, it follows that qualitative methods of data handling will be used. Secondary data such as relevant books were used in discussing the topic at hand. The desired conclusions will be reached based on the information accessed. Litera ture Review Under the Special Internet Guide umbrella, the Bluetooth is given a specification that is only attained through cooperation with other companies. The specification is for dealing with security issues since Bluetooth is prone to hackers. The specification defines the entire Bluetooth operation from the creation stage to the last step. The specification is extremely lengthy due to the wide topics that it covers. However, without this, the master Bluetooth is rendered useless. In other words, it is the entire framework that describes the working of a Bluetooth (Horak, 2007). The only way to enhance computer capability through mobile phones has been by use of Bluetooth. It has made transmission and connectivity easy and enjoyable. The advantages of adopting a wireless technology have been witnessed in that Bluetooth serve small gadgets such as mobile phones.Advertising We will write a custom report sample on Telecommunication Project: Bluetooth specifically for you for only $16.05 $11/page Learn More The effective use of radio circuit and frequencies in transmission is reliable and provides connectivity to up to a radius of 10 meters. Nonetheless, Bluetooth can have a wide coverage of up to 100 meters. This makes Bluetooth more trusted and promising. It can easily form an adhoc network that greatly assists in creating a short range of wireless network. The networks enhance the connectivity between small devices and other external personal devices such as printers and internet access points (Dodd, 2001). There are several methods in which the Bluetooth device has been put to use. In the first place, it allows the mobile phone to be used as any other normal cellular phone. The facilitation is by Bluetooth Wireless, and it facilitates the achievement of direct communication with some other gadget. Secondly, Bluetooth has widely been used in situations where the user of a phone intends to continue a conversation when opening the d oor of the car or doing something else. The use of Bluetooth has ensured that the person using the phone can multitask by simply using the speakers installed at the dashboards of the mobile phone (Horak, 2007). Thirdly, the age of digital camera has been backed up by the creation of Bluetooth. The instant post card in a digital camera is made possible through a data access point via a mobile phone in most cases. Such communications would be rendered impossible if Bluetooth connection was not available. The installation of phones with programmed software that can assist in ordering products have been a great achievement. The process has been widely tried by salespeople, and it has assisted in cutting expenditure and improving profits.Advertising Looking for report on engineering? Let's see if we can help you! Get your first paper with 15% OFF Learn More It allows a sales employee to connect to a portable bar reader. When the sale of the product ordered is completed, the salesman needs to scan the barcode and the item sold appears on the screen of the phone. The process would have been long if the salesperson was to make manual transactions. The quality of instant customer feedback is enhanced through the use of Bluetooth. The connectivity of Bluetooth in sales operation serves to assist the customer and the sales person. The sales person is saved the trouble of making orders after every sale since everything is monitored through the phone. Trust is created since customers get instant feedback on the products they intend to buy (Dodd, 2001). Bluetooth has been widely used instead of cables. The replacement was necessary since cables have high power consumption. Bluetooth use less power since the device encourages transmission of data within a relative shorter distance. Furthermore, the use of radio communications system follows a wi reless path which does not require much power. The installation of Bluetooth in a company may require different companies to adopt a wide range of configurations (Horak, 2007). Bluetooth has achieved tremendous strides in the telecommunications industry since it has encouraged change from software to hardware. It has set the pace for unprecedented productivity in connecting all the mobile devices. Bluetooth applications work best if they are appropriately placed. The client application is supposed to be positioned to ensure that undue load is reduced, and users are not often annoyed. The effect of not placing Bluetooth application in the right position may render it ineffective. The recommended distance from one mobile device is supposed to be 20 meters. This obstacle has not been easy to overcome, and the coverage problem has still formed a major obstacle to the use of Bluetooth (Anttalainen, 2003). Wider coverage of network connectivity is largely the main attraction towards the u se of Bluetooth in wireless linking. However, there are numerous challenges associated with Bluetooth. The purpose of Bluetooth can only be realized if those challenges are addressed. In the first place, there is a need to get solutions to configure scatter net. The term has its origin in the Bluetooth adhoc networks. The scatter networks have been a major hurdle hence hindering the usability of Bluetooth. The scatter net formation has lacked a major standardized protocol to address it. The new focus on telecommunication has seen steps taken to deal with the problem. The continued efforts towards solving the problem of scatter net have included many key players. Telecommunications industry has largely benefited by using Bluetooth in enhancing sharing of information. The issue of how best to disconnect the piconets so as to connect existing scatter net should be considered (Dodd, 2001). The connection of Bluetooth requires the hopping to be in the same sequence. The master and slave devices should be aligned in the sense that they detect each other from the same sequence. The hopping sequence takes about 32 in an arrangement of 79 frequencies. Bluetooth has various terminals that make it function. The 3G terminals are proving to be significantly supportive to the Bluetooth connection. It is certainly clear that the low power advantage of Bluetooth has made it easy for use. The Bluetooth ability to use the bridges to negotiate with the neighboring piconets is very effective. The Blue tooth manufacturers incorporated the bridge nodes so as to slow transmission. Since the master node is the busiest, it inherently controls all the transmissions that come through it. This leaves a minimal space for other tasks (Horak, 2007). Bluetooth creation has greatly influenced the management of global energy crisis. The fact that the device can use solar energy that is sustainable makes it efficient in energy management. Bluetooth relies on the PDA user components that support its functioning by activating the 16 bit code. The easy way of linking it with the micro controller makes it access the information sent though by placing it at strategic places. The functional principle of Bluetooth system is based on the Palm. The Palm guides, creates, and links the specification guide. The numerous hands free devices make the functions of Bluetooth effective by making links to the guide at a point when it has reached a full range (Anttalainen, 2003). Bluetooth is attractive and cost friendly compared to the use of cables. Essentially, cables are expensive due to the cost incurred in their installation and the energy consumed while transmitting information. The process of connecting, plugging, and installing has been rendered invalid by the use of Bluetooth where devices communicate by picking signals. This is enabled through the use of ubiquitous standardized communications system that makes the link between the devices reliable. The system does not require the user to switch on his/her phone. The link is established by getting an automatic Web browser appearance on the screen that makes the user aware of being connected to the surfer (Dodd, 2001). Bluetooth has served its purpose using the radio frequency technology. The connection of portable devices was the initial strategy behind its creation. Also, it was created to replace the use of cables. The way people are interacting with information has been substantially revolutionized today. This has been built on the Personal Area Network that has enhanced wireless network connectivity. The old notions of connectivity have lost their meaning in the age of Bluetooth. The connection of portable, mobile gadgets to transmit information within short distances using less power without any cable is a novel step in the technological growth. The connection of the internet has been taken to a greater level where many devices can rely on a single Internet Service Provider (Anttalainen, 2003). The speci fication of Bluetooth can be found in the working framework of Bluetooth that begun at the start of the 21st century. The specification was a defining moment to the study of accessories of phones. The study on the Bluetooth specification and other accessories embarked on establishing the use of radio frequency links in supporting its working. The advantage of radio links in comparison to the cables is that it is not directional. In addition, since it uses the infra-red links between handsets and other devices, the line of sight is not necessary (Horak, 2007). The study was a success, and the results were the birth of the Bluetooth specification technology. Naming of the specification was done whereby Harald Blatand was the name given to the specification. The creation of the specification proved that the device was capable of operating in noisy radio frequency unfavorable environments. Bluetooth is centered on hopping in order to make the change robust and communication reliable. Th e avoidance of interference is enhanced through hopping, which is done before and after transmitting and receiving a packet. Bluetooth has become well suited to meet the task due to its ability to hop faster than other systems. Its strength is based on the fact that fast hooping coupled with shorter packets. The short distance transmission enjoys the support of Forward Error connection that reduces noise during the time of transmission (Horak, 2007). The baseband protocol of Bluetooth contains the circuit and packet switching. It also has slots that are preserved to be used for any form of synchronous packets and the said hopping happens in the frequency transmitted. The working of the packets is designed to take a single slot. However, in some situations, it can be extended to take up to five slots or more. The synchronizing of the voice channels maintains a consistency of more than three synchronizing voice channels. Its development ensures that it supports asynchronous data while at the same time holding the synchronous data (Dodd, 2001). Bluetooth has two power levels that are joined and their functional nature well defined. The two levels are distinct in their functions though joined together in the same device. A lower power level majors on the shorter personal level within a given room. On the other hand, a higher level power is used in maintaining coverage within the medium range of the network that may include a home. The communications with varied coverage are facilitated by the installation of software built in each microchip that ensures that the units in it are preset (Anttalainen, 2003). Bluetooth has been highly acknowledged as illustrated by its ability to save power. The fact that the device can stay in power hold mode is very helpful in saving power. The ACL link enhances that function when placed between two Bluetooth devices whereby it can stay in hold mode for a reasonable time while saving power. The change in transmission at this mode is witnessed where the ACL packets do not transmit any information from the master code. The function is only applicable when there is no need to transmit information for a long time. The transmitter in such a case can also be switched off so as to reduce power use. At a point whereby the connection of the Bluetooth is required, the transceiver may be switched off to assist in discovering a device by the Bluetooth. A similar disconnection is used when joining other Pico nets. The data messages send through the devices is also kept at hold. The device also has the capacity to transmit the message or to leave it (Dodd, 2001). The measurement of the power that goes to the antennae is distinct from the RSSI value since Bluetooth has the dynamic regulation of transmitter power. The RSSI has several differences associated with the increase and decrease of power in the device. The Bluetooth power transmission is based on the decrease and increase of output power in one step. The transmitter power in Bluetooth is set such that it is independent of different slave codes. In Bluetooth transmission, interference from one slave code cannot affect the masterââ¬â¢s power transmitter at the same time (Horak, 2007). Audio transmissions are also a very impressive feature of Bluetooth. The transmissions occur between one or more Blue tooth devices connected together. These transmissions do not go through the L2CAP layer, and it is transmitted directly. Direct transmission is enhanced through the establishment of the Bluetooth link. This is also boosted by initiating a direct establishment amongst the Bluetooth devices. The use of Blue tooth would not have been possible without the Host Controller interface method that links the Bluetooth hardware devices. There is need for a command interface to ensure effective accessibility of the hardware control status. In this respect, an interface to the Baseband manager serves the purpose. The command has the control and event registers to have the functions simplified (Anttalainen, 2003). The Link Manager Protocol is highly responsible in linking the set up between two Bluetooth devices. Its main functions are to handle the control of packet sizes used in data transmission. The power saving advantage is supported by the availability of the Link Manager Protocol that deals with the management of power modes. In addition, the protocol also controls power usage, as well as the condition of Bluetooth piconet (Dodd, 2001). Conclusion The literature reviewed has shown that the role of Bluetooth in the new technological age cannot go unnoticed. The device has enabled wireless connection within short distances without the use of cables. Bluetooth has helped in the management of global energy by creating a way of saving power. The fast transmission of data through the device improves its effectiveness. It remains more popular in the wireless connection of personal networks and the cellular phones use. However, it should b e remembered that the device deserves high levels of security control since hackers may interfere with information on transmission. In addition, the issue of scatter net is a prime threat to the working of Bluetooth, and it ought to be addressed. References Anttalainen, T. (2003). As such, the Company vision entails making frameworks that guide their business towards sustainable growth. Thus, the company has ensured that their products come in varying shapes, sizes in reference to price tags (Thompson Para 2). In 2012, the Coca cola Company launched a Public Relations (PR) campaign that was aimed at making soda personal in New York City. The aggressive campaign emphasized on the fact that the accessibility and consumption of large soda was meant to be an issue pertaining to personal freedom. Additionally, the campaign argued that the legislation that had at the time banned the use of large sodas for individuals was only aimed at infringing the right to purchase the much in terms of quantity an individual would afford to buy, as well as, consume (Downs, 4) Essentially, the campaign was organized in response to claims that had been put forward by Mayor Bloomberg. In his argument, Bloomberg noted that the Coca cola Company was producing large quantitiesââ¬â¢ of sodas that posed numerous health risks to consumers and compelled them to use more money on sodas rather than spending the money on other important issues (Thompson Para 2). In this regard, the Coca cola Company reacted to the issue through the creation of a new group known as ââ¬ËNew Yorkers For Beverage Choicesââ¬â¢. The main function was to ensure that they would plead with most people who used the internet against giving consent to Mayor Bloomberg who was determined to ban drinks that exceeded 16 ounces (Thompson Para 3). As a matter of fact, the target audiences in this strategic campaign are potential consumers and potential competitors.
